The Blues Set features a powerful and dynamic bridge pickup with a bit more midrange and a warm but transparent sounding neck pickup.
Both pickups are equipped with non-staggered AlNiCo V magnets that deliver an attack-rich fundamental tone.
The bridge pickup is equipped with a 50% thicker base plate than the classic model; while the neck PU is equipped with the typical nickel-plated or chrome-plated cap made of nickel silver.
Blues (Single PU)
Both pickups are wound with polyurethane coated enameled copper wire and have a DC resistance of about 10.3 kΩ (neck PU), 10.3 kΩ (bridge PU).
The neck pickup is delivered with wood screws for classic body mounting, these screws are not suitable for pickguard mounting.
